Martin Holleran, Chairman: Mr. Holleran in his 35 year career has over fourteen years experience as President and Chief Executive Officer of marketing and technology companies. Mr. Holleran brings significant general management experience in sales, marketing, manufacturing, acquisitions, start-ups, new ventures, major turnarounds and invigorating dormant businesses. Mr. Holleran spent most of his career with the General Electric Company where he rose to Vice President and Corporate Officer. His specialty is fixing companies and has done so as President and CEO at companies such as: Electrolux Home Care, NA. GENCA (General Cable), Emerson Radio and Thomson Consumer Electronics (RCA).

MJ Holleran III, President and CEO: Marty is a founder of GFRC with more than 20 years of executive management and delivery background with extensive experience in business building, new venture management, international business development, technology and outsourcing. Marty has served in Senior Executive positions for companies such as Qwest, TradeOut, Oracle and Thomson Multimedia. Marty started his career with General Electric.

Craig Lomma, Chief Operating Officer: Craig has over 24 years of experience delivering superior results to shareholders, customers and employees at Fortune 100 Companies. Craig comes to GFRC from the American Express Company, where he spent 16 years. Craig has extensive experience in outsourcing, reengineering and general process improvement in: finance, real estate, procurement, direct mail merchandising and magazine publishing. Craig built his career at Chemical Banking Corporation (JP Morgan Chase) and the American International Group. In addition to his role at GFRC, Craig is President of the Executive Board of the Association for Children with Down syndrome in New York.

Robert Feldman, CTO and VP – Operations: Bob brings over 25 years of IT experience to our business. Working for Fortune 500 firms, he gained experiencein IT Strategic Planning, Vendor Management, Interactive Reengineering, Business Process Outsourcing and Mergers & Acquisitions. Bob began his career with NY Telephone Company where he worked in numerous IT positions as programmer, systems programmer, operations manager, project manager, and Director. Most recently Bob was the Vice President of Corporate & Financial Systems for the American Express Company responsible for IT Strategy and global solution delivery.

Tom Bracken, Senior Vice President, Media and Entertainment: Tom has more than 20 years of senior management experience in the media and entertainment sector developing and executing marketing, branding and communications programs. Most recently he was in charge of worldwide marketing and communications for Technicolor (Thomson SA), the world’s leading provider of services, technology and distribution solutions to major entertainment studios and media companies around the world.
Tom also has extensive experience working with start-up companies involved in delivering broadband entertainment to businesses and consumers. During the 1990’s, Tom was part of the team that launched DIRECTV and was instrumental in establishing and building the DIRECTV brand into the leading digital satellite television service in the United States.

Jim Holleran, Managing Director: SVP, COO and CEO of several enterprises, including FatWire Software, Zurich Data Corp., Satellite Business Exchange and HollyWired.com, where he managed multiple aspects of these companies including full P&L responsibilities. Jim has a rich management background in sales, marketing, business development, alliances, finance and general management. He also has considerable experience working with the venture and other capital markets where he managed mergers and acquisitions, industry consolidation roll ups and seed and primary funding projects. Jim has over 30 years of experience in various business sectors. Jim commenced a successful career as an executive at IBM in the National Accounts Division and most recently at CA, managing over 300 technology partners and was the Executive Technology Advisor for some of CA’s most strategic clients.

Earl Johnson, Director: Earl has over 30 years of experience in the IT field where he has worked with and managed systems and applications Fortune 50 companies. He also has worked in the consulting field for 10 years, with experience in IT Systems, business process improvement, ERP and financial package installations, outsourcing, Sarbanes-Oxley reviews and SAS70 certification preparations. Earl is a retired Reserve Navy Supply Corps Captain, with a strong background in logistics.
